Shipping policy

We treat our idols with love and respect, so your items will be packed with care and shipped using one of the following USPS shipping methods: Ground Advantage (Formerly First Class Package and Parcel Select), Media Mail, Priority Mail. If its being shipped via UPS you have the following: Ground or Ground Saver. Which method used will depend on weight, contents and size. Packages will be dispatched between 1 to 5 business days after your order is placed.

Partially Shipped

Since we're located in different states, you may get multiple tracking numbers at different times as inventory is split among us such as idol goods originating from Illinois or kujis in Indiana.

Tracking

As we use mainly USPS and UPS for domestic, please refer to your tracking number for updates and contact the courier for any issues. We may reach out to you through your provided contact information if we are alerted to any issues by the courier. For international shipments, you may need to use your country's postal carrier for final delivery updates.

Local Delivery / Convention Delivery

We offer Local Delivery, but this is an extremely limited range. We may also deliver to you during a convention but only if we're attending it as well (and have the capacity to do so). Please contact us before ordering to confirm we can do convention delivery,

If you plan to do Local Delivery at a convention, please note the following

  • Use the mailing address of the venue (Hotel or convention center); billing address should still be what you normally use
  • The orders must have all items originate from one location. 
  • If you'd like to order from both Hatate and Mosu, you can contact us and we can give a free shipping code (Local Delivery helps us sort things out faster)

International Shipping

As we're located in the US, we will use USPS, UPS, or DHL eCommerce as shipping based on what you choose. Please note that due to how Shopify Managed Markets works, we cannot offer in-person delivery even if we plan to be in your area by chance (such as a concert anywhere in Asia). We may still contact you though if one of us will be in the same area as you to work out a plan.

Pre-Orders

Pre-Orders will ship out once the items are in our possession. If your item contains both in stock and pre-orders, all in stock items will be shipped out first if there's a few months gap in between. If the order has a pre-order item thats coming out within the month, we may contact you if you would like to wait and have both your in-stock and pre-order items shipped together instead of separately.

 If the shipping cost greatly exceeds what you paid, you may be sent an invoice requesting payment.

Combining Orders

If you've placed multiple orders and they are going to the same address (or metro area), we may contact you if you would like for us to combine orders to save on shipping costs and which address it would be sent to.
