Who are you?
We're just a couple of idol fans that want other idol fans to more easily buy merch at reasonable prices. We're excited to find new items and fandoms all the time!
Where are you located?
We're based in the United States, specifically Illinois and Indiana. If you order from both of us in one cart, shipping for your order will be charged and sent out separately. Refer to the name field on the item pages (Hatate or Mosu) for guidance, although some common items like gashapon prizes and plushies may be stocked at both locations.
Do you guys ship internationally?
Yes. We use Shopify's Managed Markets extension to handle this, though, so sometimes things get a little strange with their automation. If you have any specific questions or run into issues with your cart feel free to contact us.
Why does my package have other branding?
When possible, we re-use packages to both save costs and reduce waste. Don't panic if you get a random Amazon or Amiami package -- we're cheering on the Earth!
Is your merch legit?
Yes! We purchase from official preorders, online licensed retailers, secondhand lot sales with provenance, and in special cases, in-person in Japan at concerts and secondhand stores!

Do you sell in person?
Darn tootin we do, and we want to see YOU! We regularly fly out to Idolfest Foundation cons but recently expanded into Midwest cons. We also attend our local cons all the time, and offer in-person pickup for when we aren't exhibiting. Sign up for e-mails to keep up with when we exhibit or do in-person pickups!
