Refunds
Refunds will be issued based on one or more of the following criteria:
- Past 30 days and/or the mail carrier has deemed the package lost.
- Item has suffered severe damage during transit.
- Item was mistakenly in stock
- Pre-order only: We fail to acquire the pre-ordered item.
If the package has been deemed lost, a full refund will be issued to original payment once confirmed. If the package has arrived and has severe damage, you are entitled to keep the item and you may either choose an item refund or a discount equal to the value. If an item is mistakenly in-stock, you have the option of either taking an item of equal value and category (such as a can badge of the same idol at the same price) or be refunded.
We may also refund you shipping costs automatically.
Returns
There are no returns on items. If you have received the wrong item, please contact us for more information.
